"If you can't answer that question, you need to re-evaluate your definition of commitment." To really connect with a client, Sarkari advised the audience to help the customer visualize the end results of a project. "They should feel that you're really listening to them, and that you want them to succeed," he said. "And, challenge them to try things that they're fearful of."
