LogoSurfing.com Case Studies: Customer: Geek Squad Customer Need: Branding a service as unique as the Marine Electronics and Installation from Geek Squad is a priority for Best Buy and the Geek Squad team. Using promotional products to introduce this option to their customer base was one part of the overall marketing campaign which also included printed brochures. LogoSurfing’s Solution: LogoSurfing’s team worked with the Geek Squad staff to identify a product that would help them meet their advertising needs and give their customers something to leave the store with to remember the Marine Services offered by Best Buy and Geek Squad. LogoSurfing.com helped Coca Cola celebrate a wonderful achievement." Customer: OfficeMax Customer's Need: Every company can claim to be a leader. OfficeMax earns the distinction from those who matter most: their customers. Training is a huge reason why they can stand by this claim. LogoSurfing.com was asked to help OfficeMax find a perfect gift for their employees who completed a “boot-camp” style training session. LogoSurfing's Solution: LogoSurfing coordinated their efforts to match the current theme already put in place by OfficeMax. We met with their Marketing and Human Resource team and decided a Dog Tag would be the perfect compliment to the “boot-camp” theme. One issue – they only had 7 days until their event. LogoSurfing.com’s graphic artist designed a custom logo and slogan and production began immediately. The shipment was routed and delivered on time to the location of the training. Customer’s Feedback: Upon arrival, a representative from OfficeMax called to thank LogoSurfing for our efforts and the quality of the product we delivered. We received a call a few days later telling us how successful the Dog Tags were in motivating everyone to focus on completing the training. The Dog Tags are the talk of the company right now and everyone, including management, has asked for their own OfficeMax Dog Tag.
Customer: Macy's
Customer's Need: Macy's and Bloomingdale's are among the most recognized retail brands in America - and worldwide. They are known for creating unique merchandise assortments, operating destination stores, hosting attention-getting community and fashion events, and driving innovation in fashion-oriented e-commerce. LogoSurfing.com was asked to help Macy's brand a new training program.
LogoSurfing's Solution: LogoSurfing worked with local Macy's representatives and the theme Macy's had set for creating Starts within their business. We choose one of our many Star Stress Relievers, which were handed out at the time of training.

The executives at the bank were looking for an employee appreciation gift for the company picnic. LogoSurfing’s Solution: The product selection group from Fredrick County Bank and the LogoSurfing team looked for a product that would be a perfect fit for their employee picnic. Relay For Life is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of your American Cancer Society. During the event, teams of people gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps. Each team tries to keep at least one team member on the track at all times. Thanks! I just wanted to write and comment on the excellent service I received from one of your staff. Judith Lowery worked with me so patiently and just did an outstanding job helping me buy calculators recently. She helped me make my order, and then helped walk me thru the process of getting them with a purchase order. I hate it that it became a monumental effort to get things straightened out in the main office to get them paid for! The book keeper' s computer died, then the program to make out purchase orders was messed up, then I had to be out for a root canal, and generally it was one disaster after another and several days before I could get Ms. Lowery all the information she needed. She was so nice to email me and keep me informed on everything that was going on in the transaction. Sometimes it is very difficult to get to see our office staff, let alone talk to them. It was Ms. Lowery who kept me informed on what my own work place was doing! I know working with our office staff must have been a royal pain for her. It was an ordeal for me, and I KNOW AND LIKE the bean counters at work! I was so lucky to have Ms. Lowery working on the order on your end. I don't think I could have made it through this whole process without going postal on our office staff if it were not for Ms. Lowery's patience, kindness and endless supply of encouragement. Again, I just wanted to write this to tell you what a hard-working, efficient, and kind individual you have working for your company.
