Special Notes: (1) Please check frame fit on vehicles as well as license plate to ensure style is acceptable and will not cover important data on license plate. (2) Holes may interfere with ad copy. Please provide a rough layout for clarity. Factory will not be responsible for cut-off or interference with ad copy due to holes. Factory will not be responsible for fit or coverage problems.

Multi-Color Imprint (Optional): Add $35.00 set-up charge per color, plus .20 running charge per item, per color. 
Ink Color Match (Optional): $40.00 per color, per order. Cannot guarantee exact match on colored surfaces.
