Andrews Kicks Off Education Day; Watch The Interviews
Speaking to a standing-room-only crowd yesterday morning, Timothy M. Andrews, president of ASI, presented a keynote session on the Top 10 Ways to be More Successful. Along with personal stories and topical anecdotes, Andrews provided such important business tips as "Differentiate yourself and your brand."

"It's vital to figure out what clients want and then do that better than anybody else," Andrews told the audience. "Have a message that clearly articulates what makes you different and better."

 Other advice that Andrews gave the crowd was to watch your brand, know your personal strengths and weaknesses, listen to your clients and admit when you're wrong. "You have to know when you're wrong and admit it quickly," he said. "You may not be able to completely fix it, but admit the error and do everything you can to make it right.”
